My latest adventure with my broadband provider... the link went down again for about two weeks and was restored just before lunch today... I won't name the said provider here as a matter of protocol since I do work for a telco myself and I don't want my company trashed. Suffice to say that I threatened to have the service disconnected and they hauled ass! ;-)

Ayayay! After about a month of following up with my provider's customer care, I finally got my DSL connection restored... So much for customer care! I'm now also able to use my beloved MacBook. Updated all software {thanks Steve Jobs! :-)} and I hope can now fulfill my promise to be updated with my blogging...
